Rodolphe Hoarau is a lieutenant-colonel and is a high-level expert in information and communication systems within the Ministry of the Armed Forces. For 20 years, he has been responsible for the deployment, administration and security of information systems in the context of international crises. Recently, he has also guaranteed the consistency of various IT weapons programmes aimed at implementing the digital transformation of the armed forces in the context of multinational interoperability.
